In dealing with this long document, we recommend that you first scan and scroll to the end of the page and you will learn quite a bit about all the methods that can be used to market a book.
Then, if you are serious about increasing the sales of your book,set aside the time to fill in your answers and email them to us. There is no need to get too elaborate with your answers. If this is newly published or POD, just put n/a when appropriate.

Published Elsewhere:  If you choose to work with us, we like to start with a three hour engagement contract for a total price of $192.  And we think the fairest way to proceed is for you to pay one-half up front ($96) and the second one-half ($96) upon completion of the three hour engagement. If you don't like what we've done for you, you don't pay the second bill. We think that's a low risk way to get started, don't you?
